With our new streamlined ordering form, you can submit an order in less than a minute! The right pane will show pertinent information and also guide you through your order. Easily search our FAQ database and look up answers for common questions or issues. You can conveniently navigate through different sections in the app in our left pane menu.
Once your order is submitted, you can track your order status. Detailed progress will be shown, from when order is placed, to which stop the document is currently at, until final shipment for the completed documents.
In your Orders section, you can
view and manage your order history.
For each order, you can track
progress, print cover letters, and
view attachments. You can initiate a
conversation for each order with our
team members, if you need more
information or inquire about
anything.
You may view your invoice for each
order and make payments
online.
In the Orders section, you can also search via Order Number, Doc ID, Country, Invoice/PO Reference, Customer Reference, and quickly generate reports on all your orders or from a specific period of time.
Corporate admin users will also have enhanced access in our WCS Express platform. They can manage team members and track order status and activity for each users within their company.
